Job summary

Konami Gaming, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of gaming products across an assigned territory. You will travel to customer sites, perform on-site training, and assist with new product rollouts as needed.

The role requires a clean driving record, ability to lift heavy equipment, and gaming licensure approval per jurisdiction. Typical duties include service ticketing, parts handling, and coordination with field operations.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 75% of time across assigned territory.
• Clean driver’s license in good standing required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Gaming licensure approval required in applicable jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Konami gaming products at customer sites.
• Assist with on-site training and support casino openings.
• Complete service tickets accurately and timely.
• Participate in installations, conversions, PMs, and relocations as needed.
