Job summary

IGT is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and service lottery equipment at retailer locations. You will respond to dispatches, travel to customer sites within a defined zone, and install, remove, or repair gaming and communication devices.

Key duties include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, configuration, testing, documenting service calls, and training customers. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, work varied shifts, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical and customer service experience is preferred.
• Entry level position available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service IGT equipment at Retailer locations.
• Respond to dispatches and travel to customer sites within a zone.
• Install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, remove, configure, and maintain equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic component replacement.
• Test equipment and game functionality and document results.
• Provide basic training to customers and internal teams.
