Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• 0–3 years in field-based outdoor roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Collect, label, and transport samples to laboratories for testing.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain test records per project requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment; adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Travel up to 70% to support projects and client engagements.
