Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training a plus.
0–3 years field-based outdoor or physically demanding experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Industry certifications such as ACI Level 1 Concrete Testing, or ability to obtain.
Commitment to OSHA safety standards and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other materials to verify specs and regulatory requirements.
Collect, label, and transport samples from job sites to laboratories.
Prepare detailed test result reports and maintain logs per company standards.
Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper operation and calibration.
Communicate progress and issues to field supervisors and project managers.
Travel to multiple job sites and work outdoors under varying conditions.
