Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or up to 2 years of related experience in network monitoring or maintenance.
• Experience with transmission, switching, TCP/IP, or fiber-related work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment and fiber infrastructure
• Troubleshoot service-impacting issues and restore customer services
• Support customer installations, turn-ups, maintenance, and repairs
• Maintain ILA sites and network infrastructure across service territories
• Respond to service-affected incidents promptly
• Complete work orders and system updates accurately
• Safely operate vehicles and field equipment following safety guidelines
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel across territories
