RDO Equipment Co. is seeking an on-site service professional to perform installations, support, and maintenance across the territory. You will install Carlson Machine Control, GPS base stations, and calibrate equipment while training operators and promoting aftermarket services.

Expect 75% travel, substantial field work, and a focus on customer satisfaction. A strong technical background with GPS/machine control experience is preferred, along with reliable transportation and excellent

Qualificações

• 1–3 years experience in sales, service, training or related work.
• GPS or machine control experience preferred.
• Willing to travel ~75% (often by flight)
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Perform onsite service, installations, and product support across the area of responsibility.
• Install Carlson Machine Control on customer machines.
• Install GPS base stations and calibrate equipment.
• Train operators on Carlson Grade software and service procedures.
• Identify and pursue new service and parts opportunities.
