Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Machine Control Application Specialist to provide remote and in-field technical support, training, and troubleshooting for construction machinery systems. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and configure solutions at customer sites and remotely, enabling efficient operation.

The role requires hands-on machine control experience, GNSS knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% while delivering excellent customer training and support.

Job description

Role:

Machine Control Application Specialist providing remote and in-field technical support, training, and troubleshooting for construction machinery systems.

Responsibilities:

• support installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting at customer sites;
• deliver onsite and remote training;
• assist sales with demos and quotes;
• handle high-volume inbound support calls, diagnose issues using documentation and remote tools;
• document cases and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• hands-on experience with Machine Control or construction tech;
• working knowledge of GNSS, hydraulics, electrical systems, and software configuration;
• strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills;
• willing to travel up to 50%.

Preferred:

• prior field technician experience, familiarity with MCX platforms, GNSS receivers, RTK radios, and heavy equipment operation;
• remote diagnostics proficiency.
