Job summary

RDO Integrated Controls in Saint George, UT seeks a field service specialist to build customer relationships and support GPS, Laser, and Machine Control products. Responsibilities include onsite service, installations, and troubleshooting to drive aftermarket sales and customer satisfaction.

Travel 35-50% is required; 3-5 years in related sales/service roles preferred. A comprehensive benefits package and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in an industry-related role with involvement in sales, service, training or other related work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, train and demonstrate proficiency on technology product groupings.
• Identify new business opportunities for service and repair of GPS, Laser and Machine Control products.
• Perform onsite service, installations and product support across the area of responsibility.
• Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned by the Aftermarket Manager.
• Document machine information and repairs completed on work orders, including parts and fluids used.
• Maintain a clean work area and care for tools, machines, and equipment.
