Job summary

Phillips 66 Company in Midland, TX is seeking a Field Technician for the Dos Picos Midstream plant. You will perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and operation of gas dehydration and other plant equipment, maintaining safe, reliable operations day to day.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, driver’s license, 1+ year oil and gas ops experience, ability to lift 80 lbs, travel up to 75%, willingness to work overtime, and readiness to work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of oil and gas operations experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing and able to lift up to 80 pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and facilities for health and safety; operate liquid handling and dehydration systems.
• Start up, shut down, and operate gas compression equipment.
• Maintain and repair pumps, valves, actuators, and related mechanical equipment.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot instruments, meters, and control systems as needed.
