Phillips 66 is seeking a Facility Technician to operate and maintain complex processing equipment in a plant environment. You will execute startup/shutdown sequences, monitor systems, and document activities in SAP while coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and working a rotating 7-on/7-off schedule with potential callouts.

Qualifikationen

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must live/relocate within 1 hour of reporting location.
• Willing and able to perform/comply with: extended hours, callouts, weekends/holidays; climb stairs/ladders; lift up to 50 lbs; work in varying conditions; wear PPE.

Aufgaben

• Operate and start up/shut down equipment and systems.
• Perform gas compression, cryogenic processing, and dehydration management.
• Conduct routine plant rounds and inspections; respond to alarms.
• Complete timesheets, SAP work orders, and regulatory reports.
• Oversee contractor work and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
