Phillips 66 Company is seeking a Facility Technician to operate and maintain plant systems, perform routine rounds, and document work orders and regulatory reports. The role requires readiness for a rotating 7-on/7-off schedule and the ability to work at a 24/7 facility.

The position demands experience in process facilities, mechanical maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must live within 1 hour of reporting location
• Willing to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions

Responsabilités

• Operate and start up/shut down equipment and systems; gas compression and cryogenic processing units
• Perform routine plant rounds and inspections; respond to alarms and issues
• Maintain and document safety procedures, timesheets, SAP work orders and regulatory reports
• Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Communicate efficiently with management and plant personnel
