Job summary

Phillips 66 Company is seeking a Facility Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot gas processing equipment at the Ozona Gas Plant. This role involves a shift schedule, coverage during vacations, and emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include startup/shutdown, gas compression, treatment systems, and routine inspections, with opportunities to perform mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must live/relocate within 60 miles of reporting location
• Willing to perform climbing/lifting/working extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Operates startup and shutdown of equipment and systems
• Manages gas compression, cryogenic processing units, and related systems
• Maintains dehydration and water treating processes
• Inspects equipment and ensures product specifications
• Completes regulatory documentation and SAP work orders
• Responds to plant alarms and issues with corrective actions
• Oversees contractors for specialty services as needed
• Reads and follows procedures to ensure compliance
