Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must live within 60 miles of the Ozona reporting location.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 20 feet; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and start up / shut down equipment and systems as needed.
• Monitor gas compression, cryogenic units, NGL fractionator, and liquid handling systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot treatment systems such as amine, glycol, and condensate stabilization.
• Manage utility systems including cooling, furnaces, hot oil, waste heat, and oxidation units.
• Inspect dehydration and water treating systems and ensure proper operation.
• Operate storage and truck loading racks; manage condensate, wastewater, and finished products.
• Collaborate with team to optimize processing and maintain product specifications.
• Respond to alarms and implement corrections; document equipment health and regulatory reports.
• Perform mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical maintenance tasks; service pumps, valves, motors, actuators.
• Read procedures and regulations; prepare technical reports for managers and plant personnel.
