Job summary

Breezeline in Belmont, NH seeks a Customer and Network Facing Technician to install, maintain and repair cable TV, internet and telephony systems. You will work on HFC and FTTH networks and ensure service quality and FCC compliance.

You will interact with customers professionally and support network growth with daily field work. The role requires hands-on technical skills, safety compliance, and strong problem-solving to restore service outages and perform tests using OTDR, TDR and other

Qualifications

• Minimum demonstrated proficiency in core technician skillsets.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot television, high‑speed internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of HFC and FTTH networks per engineering standards.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps and technical specifications.
• Test and restore network services to meet FCC and company standards.
• Interact with customers professionally and educate them on services.
