Job summary

Breezeline in Maryland is seeking a Customer and Network Facing Technician to join our field operations. Under general supervision, you will install, inspect, troubleshoot, and service cable TV, internet, and telephony systems for residential and business customers on HFC and FTTH networks.

You will read maps, replace components, test with OTDR/TDR equipment, and ensure safety and quality while communicating with dispatch and customers in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Core Technician skillsets.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years or more in a comparable field or related education.
• PC and Windows software skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, and telephony for residential and business clients.
• Read and interpret network design maps.
• Perform routine maintenance and test HFC/FTTH networks with test equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers professionally.
• Maintain tools, vehicle, and complete work orders accurately.
