Job summary

Breezeline is hiring a Customer and Network Facing Technician for Grasonville, MD. You will perform field installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cable TV, internet, and telephony services on HFC and FTTH networks.

Under general supervision, you’ll ensure quality service, handle end‑user issues, and follow FCC requirements while aligning with Breezeline’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in field technician work or similar role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read manuals and interpret technical instructions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot TV, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of HFC and FTTH networks per standards.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps.
• Install and replace HFC components per technical specifications.
• Identify and repair upstream and downstream ingress.
• Complete end-of-line network testing to meet specs.
• Test network components using meters, TDRs, OTDRs.
• Maintain tools and inventory; complete work orders timely.
