Job summary

Point Broadband is seeking a Field Service Technician in Hagerstown, MD to install, service, and troubleshoot customer equipment and network assets at client locations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years broadband experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle escalations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades, downgrades and service changes.
• Install/relocate outlets and modems; connect peripherals.
• Troubleshoot from customer device to the network node and repair issues.
• Maintain inventory of network assets and ensure system performance.
