Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in construction, engineering, or field work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 85 pounds and stay active through the day.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to construction sites to perform field testing of soil, concrete, and other materials.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and inspectors on active projects.
• Use testing equipment and follow industry procedures for basic field tests.
• Document results and site observations with tablets or field reports.
• Communicate testing needs and site conditions to project managers and supervisors.
• Maintain testing equipment and follow safety standards.
