Job summary

Carolina Handling, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to service lift trucks and related equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose and repair electro-mechanical systems, install new components, and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems; ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Background checks including driving record are required.
• 1–3 years in maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems and performing installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and recommend actions.
• Maintain professional demeanor and provide superior customer service.
• Execute repairs efficiently and address situations promptly.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for contracted customers as per company policies.
