You will work on radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services, with focus on reliability and service quality; relocation to SF area encouraged.

This role emphasizes technical support, process improvements, and collaboration with senior staff; travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Vocational/Technical Training or related field.
• 2–4 years in Field Operations and maintenance; 2–4 years Wireless telecommunications experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
