Midco is seeking a Field Technician in Saint Cloud, MN to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and commercial customers. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver excellent value and customer experiences.

Ideal candidates live within 30 miles of St Cloud and enjoy problem solving and people interaction. The role includes paid training, a $2,500 hiring bonus, and a starting wage of $22 per hour, plus a company vehicle, clothing, and tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform voice, video, and data installations; manage service changes and disconnects.
• Troubleshoot from tap to CPE, maintain signal levels and picture quality.
• Log information on work orders and referrals; mentor teammates when needed.
• Demonstrate safety compliance; operate company vehicle and equipment safely.
• Occasionally travel, work outside regular hours, and handle on-call duties.
