Job summary

Midco is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. No experience required; paid training and a $2,500 signing bonus are offered.

A company vehicle, clothing and tools are provided, with opportunities for career advancement and quarterly bonuses. You will perform service installations and changes, troubleshoot from tap to CPE, and ensure customers receive the best value and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate technical evaluations of commercial properties for service feasibility.
• Install voice, video, and data services and manage changes/disconnects in homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to CPE and ensure signal quality.
• Mentor and train team members and cross-train on additional services.
• Log information on work orders and ensure customer interactions are addressed.
