Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer service requests and troubleshooting equipment issues on-site.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and controls system problems using technical knowledge and hands-on testing.
• Installing, commissioning, and calibrating equipment according to design specifications and testing protocols.
• Documenting technical issues, solutions, and service work accurately for customer and internal records.
• Communicating technical findings to customers and internal teams in clear, practical terms.
• Maintaining equipment and systems to manufacturing and performance standards.
• Collaborating with engineering and customer teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
