Hw3 Llc is seeking two Field Service Engineers in California to join a hands-on, customer-facing team. You will install, service and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites, perform maintenance, and support customers across the US.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, practical field experience, and the ability to travel extensively within the United States. You will document service activities and coordinate with internal teams to ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment and systems.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Field Technician or similar technical position.
• Practical experience with equipment installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic or technical diagnostic skills relevant to your background.
• Ability to work independently and resolve technical problems in customer-facing environments.
• Good communication, organization and customer-service skills.
• A relevant technical qualification, engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the United States.

Responsabilidades

These positions involve s a percentage of domestic travel within the United States, with regular customer-site visits etc.
