EPAM Systems is seeking a field service engineer to provide critical field engineering support for deployed electrical hardware across the United States. You will collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues, perform installations, and maintain optimal system performance through hands-on troubleshooting.

You will read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, conduct on-site maintenance, and travel up to 50% to locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills for effective interaction with native speakers and technical teams.
• Solid hands-on experience in support and maintenance of electrical devices and systems.
• Valid US driver's license with willingness to travel frequently within the United States.
• Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key engineers to deliver comprehensive customer support for field-deployed electrical systems.
• Perform on-site installation, tuning, and troubleshooting of electrical devices to resolve customer technical issues.
• Read, interpret, and analyze complex technical documentation including electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Conduct field maintenance activities and provide hands-on support to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Travel frequently across the US to customer locations for equipment support and maintenance activities.
