Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Technical Services Representative to travel to customer sites and SHW facilities, delivering product and application expertise and solving technical issues. You will liaise between technical, sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and drive value.

You will train customers on color matching equipment, support demos, prepare samples for presentations, and coordinate service needs across departments to resolve problems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year coatings experience.
• Must have at least one year of solid performance appraisals.
• Must be able to travel up to 75%.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer product, equipment and service expectations are met.
• Coordinate technical service issues between SHW facilities, sales reps and product service.
• Train customers on product knowledge and color matching equipment.
• Provide technical support for product demos and field color formulations.
• Assist sales reps in preparing samples and presentations for customers.
• Maintain records of demonstrations, line surveys and customer issues.
