Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience.
• Must live in the Indianapolis area.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willing to travel locally daily and up to 25% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service to support product applications and retain customers.
• Manage multiple customers across geography with various product lines.
• Document findings and provide recommendations to customers.
• Enter data into analytics systems including test results and readings.
• Travel to assigned customers for service audits.
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional support.
