Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc is hiring an Industrial Service Technician / CDL Driver to safely operate company vehicles, deliver and install equipment, and support customers in the field. The role combines driving with technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will perform pre/post-trip inspections, handle hazardous materials, and follow strict safety procedures across industrial sites, facilities, and customer sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Minimum of two years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to satisfy DOT, company, and insurance requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate service trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload chemicals and equipment.
• Perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repair at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair industrial equipment such as pressure washers and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace parts as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and gauges safely and effectively.
• Respond to customer service requests professionally and promptly.
• Follow dispatch instructions and route plans.
• Maintain delivery and service documentation and logs.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas.
• Comply with safety policies, OSHA, DOT, and environmental rules.
• Handle and store chemicals per regulations.
• Assist with warehouse and facility operations as needed.
