Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of outside sales or related experience.
• Travel: Frequent travel to customer locations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to collect data and generate reports.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to groups.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic, rates, ratios, percentages.
• Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving and ability to apply common sense.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Act as the main contact, communicating customer concerns to Pratt facility.
• Investigate opportunities to improve processes (shipping methods, run-ability, costs).
• Collaborate with CSRs on new items and overall customer activity.
• Join local Sales Representatives to review customer production lines.
• Support QA in complaint resolution.
• Work with production and Project Manager; Lead Pratt projects impacting customers.
