Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Act as main contact, relaying customer concerns to Pratt facility.
• Investigate process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives on new items and customer activity.
• Support QA in complaint resolution and coordinate with production and project management.
• Lead Pratt projects impacting customers.
