Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of outside sales experience or related experience with college coursework.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to collect data and generate reports.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of presenting effectively to groups.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact, communicating customer concerns and issues to Pratt facility.
• Investigate opportunities to improve processes, including enhancing material shipping methods, redesigning materials, and increasing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives on new items and overall customer activity.
• Join local Sales Representatives to review customer production lines.
• Support QA Manager in complaint resolution.
• Work with production team and Project Manager on projects impacting customers.
• Lead Pratt projects impacting customers.
