Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to act as the main liaison between Pratt Industries and assigned customers not served by a local sales rep. You will build strong relationships, identify process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to boost customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of outside sales experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus data collection and reporting

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years outside sales experience or related experience with college coursework.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to collect data and generate reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to groups.
• Strong arithmetic, rates, ratios, and percentages computations.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits with customers to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Serve as primary liaison between Pratt Industries and assigned customers.
• Investigate opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives on new items and overall activity.
• Join local Sales Representatives to review customer production lines.
• Support QA in complaint resolution and work with production team on projects.
