Job summary

DiaSorin S.p.A. seeks a Field Technical Consultant to support NES testing solutions in the Southeast and Mid-South.

This field-based role focuses on implementation, training, adoption, and ongoing utilization, working with Account Executives to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will reside near Atlanta or Birmingham, with 75% travel and a background in molecular diagnostics or clinical laboratory workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical, laboratory or diagnostic experience preferred.
• Experience with molecular diagnostics or related technologies preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical lab workflows.
• MT/MLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer implementations and training sessions.
• Provide field-level technical support and troubleshooting.
• Support AEs during evaluations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales, service and training teams for deployments.
• Travel up to 75% to support customers.
