Job summary

DiaSorin Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Consultant for the Southeast & Mid-South region, based near Atlanta. The role focuses on implementing NES testing solutions, delivering hands-on training, and supporting customer adoption across a regional territory.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related science field, 3+ years in clinical/lab settings, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Travel is approximately 75% across the Southeast and Mid-South.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science or related healthcare/science.
• 3+ years of clinical, laboratory, diagnostics, medical device or field applications experience (preferred).
• MT/MLS certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based technical assistance and training for NES solutions.
• Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure successful implementations and education.
• Troubleshoot instrument, assay, and workflow issues and escalate as needed.
