Job summary

The Field Technical Consultant (FTC) at Diasorin is a field-based, customer-facing role responsible for implementing, training, adopting, and sustaining NES testing solutions. You will serve as the primary technical and training resource for assigned customers, partnering with Account Executives to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience from implementation through ongoing use.

The territory includes Texas, the Great Plains and Upper Midwest; ideal candidates live near Dallas, TX, and will

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical, laboratory, diagnostic, or field experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and training capabilities in clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct customer implementations, instrument inservices, and user training.
• Provide hands-on training and education to ensure customers are confident in NES systems.
• Deliver training in person or virtually according to customer needs and geography.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
