Job summary

DiaSorin is seeking a Field Technical Consultant to manage customer implementations, training, and ongoing education for NES testing solutions across California and the Pacific Northwest. The role requires hands-on instrument support, regional travel, and collaboration with Account Executives to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical/lab diagnostics experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot workflows and instruments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct customer implementations and training.
• Provide hands-on training on NES systems and workflows.
• Support AEs during customer evaluations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing support.
