Job summary

Diasorin is a global diagnostics leader seeking a Field Technical Consultant for the Northeast & Midwest. This field-based role partners with Account Executives to ensure successful implementations, training, adoption, and ongoing utilization of NES testing solutions across assigned customers.

The role emphasizes scalable implementation and strong cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows and patient care. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical, laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or field applications experience preferred.
• MT/MLS certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer implementations, inservices, and user training.
• Deliver hands-on training and education on NES systems and workflows.
• Provide post-implementation wellness checks and refresher trainings.
• Offer field-level technical assistance and troubleshooting for NES instruments.
• Support AEs during evaluations and demonstrations with technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Travel and field presence to support customers as needed.

Education
