Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Field Technical Consultant to support NES testing solutions in the Northeast and Midwest. The FTC conducts implementations, inservices, and user training, serving as the technical resource for customers while partnering with Account Executives to ensure a high-quality experience from implementation through ongoing use.

The role requires field-based work, extensive travel (approximately 75%), and collaboration across sales, service, and product teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, or related field.
3+ years of clinical, laboratory, or diagnostic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct customer implementations and inservices.
Provide hands-on training and education on NES systems.
Deliver training in person or virtually based on needs.
Support customer evaluations and post-implementation adoption.
Provide field-level technical assistance and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams for successful deployments.
