Job summary

DiaSorin S.p.A. is seeking a Field Technical Consultant for the California and Pacific Northwest region, based in or near Los Angeles.

This role focuses on successful implementation, training, adoption, and ongoing use of NES testing solutions, partnering with Account Executives to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will train customers, coordinate implementations, provide field support, and help drive adoption of NES workflows while ensuring technical excellence and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• 3+ years in clinical laboratory, diagnostics, or field applications.
• MT/MLS certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with molecular diagnostics and NES platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct customer implementations, inservices, and user training.
• Deliver hands-on training for NES systems and workflows.
• Conduct training in person or virtually based on customer needs.
• Develop relationships with customer personnel and stakeholders.
• Provide field-level technical support and troubleshoot instrument and workflow issues.
• Support account executives during evaluations, demonstrations, and conversions.
• Assist with new product launches and menu expansions.
• Provide regional field coverage and ensure consistency in training and implementation.
