Job summary

Image Engineering in the United States seeks a Technical Training Program Manager to lead development of field technicians and emerging leaders. You will create and deliver training programs to raise technical proficiency, safety, and client service excellence.

Collaborate with Director of Technical Strategy to build career development initiatives, hands-on instruction, curriculum development, and coaching to elevate performance and execution standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in live events or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years delivering technical training and workforce development.
• Ability to teach technical concepts and hands-on skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience creating training materials and curricula.
• Willingness to travel to support field operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain technical training programs for technicians and production staff.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
• Create onboarding programs and learning pathways.
• Assess training effectiveness and drive curriculum improvements.
• Coach technicians and emerging leaders for career development.
• Collaborate with ops to standardize best practices.
