Qualifications

• 5+ years in live events or entertainment technology and related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years delivering technical training or workforce development programs.
• Ability to teach both technical concepts and hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive technical training programs for technicians and production personnel.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, field-based training sessions, and onboarding programs.
• Create learning pathways and competency matrices for various technical disciplines.
• Build training materials, videos, guides, presentations, assessments, and certifications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve curriculum based on feedback.
