Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting gaming equipment or electromechanical products.
• Proficiency with gaming cabinets, electronic components, and related hardware.
• Experience with OS, networking basics, and remote-support tools.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with regulated gaming environments is a plus.
• Tech certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct troubleshooting and assistance for gaming cabinets and related hardware.
• Install, configure, repair, and validate technical equipment.
• Use remote-support tools to resolve issues.
• Collect diagnostic evidence and document service activity.
