Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical diploma or military electronics training or equivalent
- Experience reading wiring diagrams, schematics and technical manuals
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, applications, installation, operation and troubleshooting
- Research and diagnose technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Document customer inquiries and resolutions in designated systems
- Provide technical support as required
- Travel for field service support and customer on-site assistance
