AMETEK Land is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support, commissioning, calibration and training across our infrared temperature measurement systems. Based in the United States with up to 80% travel, you will service contracts, manage planning and safety compliance, troubleshoot complex issues and train customers to maximize system uptime.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in technical support environments desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of OPC, Modbus, PLC programming desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for AMETEK Land products.
• Complete Site Visit Reports with customer sign-off.
• Manage customer relationships and product performance expectations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for new products.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
• Provide training to customers on product maintenance.
• Document service activities and report to management.
• Stay current with product/service technologies.
• Assist LAND business unit as required.
