Job summary

Electric Power Systems in Wisconsin seeks a Field Technician II to perform testing, inspection, and maintenance of substation equipment with increased independence. You will work with senior technicians and engineers, troubleshoot issues, and support commissioning activities, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

You must be able to travel, pass a drug screen, and have a valid driver's license; NETA II certification preferred and a 2–4 year background in electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or Military experience preferred.
• 2–4 years relevant industry experience.
• NETA II Certification.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety policies and PPE usage in substation environments.
• Perform testing, inspection, and maintenance of substation equipment with supervision.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics and manuals; assist commissioning activities.
