Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Tech II to join our on-site team. This role requires hands-on IT support across multiple operating systems, strong customer service, and the ability to travel daily within a wide radius.

You will diagnose and repair IT equipment, document resolutions, and work with clients to explain complex concepts. A valid driver’s license is required, and CompTIA certs are preferred. This position is not remote.

Qualifications

• One year IT technical support experience.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Must be self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must have a working cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Not a remote position; on-site field work.
• Travel within a radius of 25 to 150+ miles daily on a fixed route.
• Triage, troubleshoot and resolve client IT equipment issues.
• Document efforts and close cases/tickets daily.
