Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services, including internet, phone, and video. You will work with diverse tools and test equipment to ensure high-quality connectivity for customers across the region.

Ideal candidates have basic technical and math skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will operate customer service vehicles and perform safety training as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic technology and math skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train and work with tools and test equipment to support various technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant requiring pole climbing and ladder use.
• Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
• Work in both inside and outside environments.
• Complete required safety training and follow safety standards and regulations.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
