Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services including telephone, internet, and video across the United States. You will train with test equipment, support customers, and recommend products that fit their needs.

You will operate in both buried and aerial plant, require physical work, and report to the Manager of Local Operations. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean

Qualifications

Basic technology and math skills required.
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
Ability to distinguish colors in cable work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
Completion of required safety training.
Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, video).
Train with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and networks.
Recommend products/services to resolve customer needs.
Work on buried and aerial plant; perform pole climbing and ladder work.
Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
