Job summary

Village Plumbing is seeking a dispatch coordinator to schedule HVAC, plumbing, electrical and drain technicians for service calls. You will transmit work progress details by phone or computer, ensuring the right technician is assigned to each job.

Responsibilities include monitoring locations, preparing daily schedules, and maintaining dispatch records while coordinating with customers and field teams. 2+ years of dispatch experience, MS Office proficiency, and flexibility to work evenings are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in residential service.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn new programs quickly.
• ServiceTitan experience is a big plus.
• Experience in dispatching residential service techs is a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours up to 8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules.
• Schedule or dispatch technicians to locations according to customer requests and needs.
• Oversee all communications with customers.
• Relay work orders and information to technicians, supervisors, or field inspectors.
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions or requests for service.
• Prepare daily work schedules to ensure the right technician is sent to the right job.
• Record and maintain files of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, or inventory.
• Receive or prepare work orders.
• Advise personnel about traffic problems and hazards to ensure timely movement of technicians.
