Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years dispatching experience required.
• 1 year in related field preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of filing systems and organizing principles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine service and scheduling needs and priority.
• Manage and organize customer service calls prior to deployment to the Service Technicians.
• Accurately dispatch the required Service Technician with the correct skill level for the service call.
• Communicate status of the service call to the customer while it is in progress.
• Monitor technician’s workload and schedule throughout the day.
• Initiate and open work orders/jobs for respective service calls (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Understand and communicate credit/collection protocols and resolves situations accordingly.
